I usually see Dr. Moss but was unable to get an appointment with him this time. I saw Izabella instead. I found her to be very abrupt. She comes on full force. She found something of concern on my left forearm that I could not see. It felt like a roughness, but it looked no different to me than my other arm so when I asked her about it, she said “ I know what I’m doing. This is what I do all day.” And without warning, she took this device from the nurse behind her and froze two spots on my arm. She gave no explanation beforehand or even ask permission. She assumed she was going to do areas on my chest as well. And I said no way. Not today. She lacks compassion and bedside manner. I’ve been a nurse for 33 years and I know not to approach patients this way. Dr. Moss has done this type of procedure to me in the past and it never was a surprise or painful thing. I developed blisters on my left arm and it took five weeks to heal and has left 2 ugly marks. I did not have this outcome with Dr Moss. I will never go to Izabella again.

Dr. Moss is an excellent physician with a kind yet highly informative demeanor. He answered all my many questions in such a calm nice way.
He discussed with me treatment options for my basal cell mole and quoted several important statistics that I used to make my decision.
A very nice, smart man, and excellent physician. Thanks so much for your patience, returning all my calls, and explaining everything to me in a thoughtful, respectful way. Appreciate that so much! Debra

5 Stars Dr. Moss gets. I have been going to Dr. Moss for a long time. Dr. Moss has always makes the time to see me if I feel that it is urgent.
I first went to Dr. Moss when I had a rash under my eyes. The other staff doctors gave me a cream and my rash was not going away. When I went to Dr. Moss he right away knew what it was.
